Chapter 5

CHAKRAS: YOUR ENERGY CENTERS

Chakras

Chakras are energy centers that manage the inside of your body. They look like spinning wheels. I see each one as a spiral wheel from small to large with seven rings per chakra.

They are like a huge library containing all the pictures of what happened in your life—present and past and even what’s about to happen in the future once you clear the past and you’re in present time. Each chakra locks into the body through a major endocrine gland. The more pictures of pain and unresolved negative situations, emotions, and thoughts you’ve accumulated, the more it shows up as a problem in present life. Because the chakras regulate different physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual concerns, they often hold issues that affect your energetic boundaries. Normal movement is clockwise, spinning from right to left (the clock being in your body as a reference). There are seven rings that form its mouth. When it is blocked or not balanced, it causes symptoms. Most people are familiar with seven basic chakras as illustrated below.

Chakras 1, 2, and 3 represent the physical matter, Chakra 4 is the connection between physical matter and spirit and Chakras 5, 6, 7 represent the spiritual matter.

The first chakra (red—from pubic area) opens downs to the Earth and the seventh chakra (white/purple—from top of head) opens up to the heavens. The second all the way to the sixth chakra opens forward for the future and also opens backward towards the past.

There are higher chakras 8–12 as well that I consider reading, clearing, and balancing in my practice, however it is important to note that the basic seven chakras must be treated first before attempting to look into the higher plane chakras. Otherwise, it’s like giving a complex tool to a young kid who hasn’t even mastered walking or any basic skill.

Below you will find a table for quick reference to help you focus on which chakra you need to work on yourself and what you can recommend to your clients. I suggest using the kinesiologic testing if you have more than one choice to see what fits you or your client best.

For example, if you’re having a money issue, that’s usually a first chakra dysfunction. Money is a basic need here in the physical plane, otherwise food, clothing, and shelter would be impossible to have. What can you do to improve money flow? You can muscle test whether you need to apply specific essential oils that would increase your energetic strength that would support the first chakra. Let’s say you would like to improve your mood, you can muscle test whether it’s coming from your sacral chakra, your power chakra, or your heart chakra. Learn to trust your kinesiologic/muscle testing and apply the needed remedy to support you in your journey. Be sure to calibrate as instructed in Chapter 3 and ask no more than once.
